Process

TIG thoroughly evaluates products and services. We are “incremental” thinkers that look at the consequences of all decisions on the organization ranging from the replacement or elimination of a product through the modification with commodity components.

Our thoroughness internally is matched externally when we research all potential suppliers for a particular product or service. TIG creates a short-list of most suitable vendors (your A list of vendors). With the value-added analysis we’ve performed we then seek to create a reverse auction among competing vendors for your business, or negotiate directly with a vendor you have selected.
